Job Discerption The Executive will be responsible for the MSME business performance in the
allotted geographical area and he/she reports to the sales manager.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for lead generation and completion of the team target.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team by providing strong,
experience-led mentorship
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand
the customer base
• Develop a team through continuous upskilling & training programs, thereby
building capabilities.
• Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region
• Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team
members.
Job Specific skills • To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target.
• Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in
recovery.
•Monitor the loan portfolio and conduct loan utilization checks and regular
monitoring visits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures practices and continuously
contribute to their improvement
Educational
Qualification
Minimum Graduate however education shall not be a bar for high candidates
with excellent sales flair.
Minimum Experience A minimum of 1 to 3 years of Education Loan sales experience
Remuneration The remuneration will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications,
experience, overall suitability, and negotiations and shall not be a limiting
factor for a suitable candidate. The compensation will be on a CTC basis.
